Full freshen up and sort out for this living room! 🌟

This living room showcased a few poor finishes before we showed up!

The panelling (Not installed by us) hadn't been caulked or filled and there was excess adhesive seeping out the sides.

Some areas in this room had filler applied previously which had not been filled in full or sanded back properly.

All has since been rectified and the cracks in the walls repaired! 🛠

The walls have been finished in a silk Dulux Egyptian Cotton and the ceiling in a silk Brilliant White.

1st job - Silicone replacement around the sink and bathtub.

Simple, yet very effective! The silicone in this bathroom had long past it's sell by date. Mould build up doesn't just make it look bad, it can also damage your surfaces!!!
This has been cut out and replaced with sanitary, mould-resistant silicone.

(Well assisted by multi-solve) 👌🏻

Instantly looks brand new 😍🌟

2nd job - Installation of handrail to the stair case.

Another simple yet effective job! This beautiful handrail chosen by the customer doesn't just look good as a decorative piece, but also provides safety and stability! Not only that, but it is a legal requirement to have one!

This has been painted by the customer in calming and complimentary colours.

4 x replacement shed windows for Ashleigh and Aanand.
The windows have been replaced with a far better product.
3mm Perspex.
The windows have gone from flimsy, cloudy and weather beaten, to sturdy, clear, dry and secure.
They have been fully sealed using transparent CT1.

From plain and boring, to contemporary and elegant!
A panelled feature wall in the living room for Chelsie and Josh.
This wall has been completed in Astragal moulding with a beautiful Cheshire style natural pine dado rail.
The moulding has been caulked and wood filled where necessary all ready for our customers to paint!
We can't wait to see their finished results in the chosen colour! ✨️👌🏻🏡

Our customer is getting ready to move into their beautiful new home by the end of March. ✨️🏡
