Well… thats the refurb in Dolgellau done for a local first time buyer ready to move into next week . They managed to get the first time buyers grant to be able to do the house to a high standard and into a lovely home for a family . I want to thank all the trades who helped us get this one over the line In the 6 months the grant allows . 💪👌👌😍😍

Well that’s the llanfachreth job finished … well phase 1 done . New roof with 2 dormers added for the bedrooms upstairs . New rational aluminium triple glazed windows . All the property was sandblasted and re pointed . What a difference 😍 customer is over the moon with the transformation. Phase 2 will be a dormer extension to add upstairs bathroom and another dormer bedroom 👌

New roof done this week , customer can finally remove the buckets out of the house . Slates had perished and slate nails too long popping through the old felt and fiberglass flat roof replaced with lead . ⚒️⚒️ we know who the supervisor is 🤭🐶🐶
