Another project in Bessacarr we started 9 weeks ago. This is a full property refurbishment with a rear single storey extension.

In order to create the open plan kitchen, dining and living space we installed a 925kg steel column at the rear external wall, joists were notched into the steel to enable the ceiling to run through without a down stand. This will be a beautiful space for the family to enjoy!

The front door has been centralised and opened up to create a large entrance hallway, a new landing area built to allow the relocation of the staircase.

Big thanks to the team! Windows, doors, first fix electrics & plumbing with plasterboarding to be completed this month.

Our project in Bessacarr the demolition works and ground works are now complete.

We have had to carefully dismantle this property ensuring stability of the existing walls, whilst removing existing timber and concrete floors.

Gas and electric services have been relocated and new drainage systems installed.

Excavation of footings are complete in accordance with new layout and a new ground bearing floor is to be installed.

Time to build upwards now! 🧱🪏🚧

The project over at Hatfield is starting to really take shape and most importantly look amazing ready for Christmas!

The 70sqm extension is being built to accommodate an open plan kitchen, dining and living space.

In addition several structural steels have been installed within the entrance hall and previous office to enable us to open up the space. With the existing kitchen being refurbished into the new office / gym.

Our Turnkey building solution allows our clients to utilise our very strong supplier chain and accommodate any additional works such as staircase refurbishment with bespoke oak fitted units, en-suite bathroom replacement, and Landscaping all delivered within the original timeframe by utilising our experienced tradesmen and network.

Our latest project in Sprotborough, a great property which required modernisation.

With this project underway we are to complete a full property refurbishment and extension also work including the following:
• Removal of conservatory and all internal fixtures
• Structural Steels to create open plan living
• Rear extension
• Garage conversion
• Above and below ground drainage to suit the new layout
• New central heating system
• Electrical re-wire
• 3 x Bathrooms
• Kitchen & Utility
• Replacement of 2 x staircases
• New internal doors, skirting boards and architrave
• Replacement windows and doors
• Plasterboard and plaster throughout
• Front and rear rendering
• Patio and Driveway

We are very much looking forward to seeing this one complete!

This was a unique project on a beautiful 150+ year-old property in Sprotbrough. Our work involved significant structural alterations to a previously extension at the rear of the property.

Working on older properties can be challenging and always present a few surprises, but we’re proud to have delivered this project on budget and within the allowed timeframe.

Scope of works included:
• Creation of 5 new openings for external glazed doors
• Removal of internal walls to open up the space
• Supply and installation of steel columns and beams
• Removal of existing floor and installation of a new oversite ready for underfloor heating and screed.
• Installation of new drainage and air extraction for the proposed kitchen
• Laying a patio/walkway to prevent damp from breaching the DPC
• Replacement of soffits and fascias
• Supply and Installation of new softwood and glass staircase
• Supply and installation of new aluminium doors
• Insulation and plasterboarding to meet current building regulations

This space is now ready to become an incredible kitchen for this stunning home.

- Groundworks
- Structural Steels and Brickwork
- Carpentry
- Internal reconstruction
- Roofing

We are on programme and can’t wait to see the aluminium framed glass doors in place! 🏗️👷🏻
