By placing an order via Daydream Handmade Gift’s, it is an acknowledgement for the customer confirming these terms and conditions. If the order has been placed and the customer decides to decline the terms and conditions, then the order will be cancelled with immediate effect and all monies paid will be forfeited. Order Details
Your order is very important to Daydream
Handmade Gift’s. Please take time to check your copy of the order form carefully and let us know immediately if there are any errors or if changes are needed. Changes to designs CANNOT be made 72 hours prior to delivery/collection and are at Daydream Handmade Gift’s discretion. Please allow up to 7 days for orders to be completed. We will keep in contact with you during this time
Payment Details
Cleared payment of the entire balance must be received prior to delivery or up on collection. In the event of non-payment of the balance, we reserve the right to consider the order cancelled and any monies already paid forfeited. All deposits must be 50% of the total balance unless otherwise agreed, are non-refundable and are required within 14 days of the booking form being issued. Payments can be made either via cash, BACS or PayPal. Cancellation By You
You reserve the right to cancel your order, however, in all circumstances, your deposit will be lost. No refunds will be given, this money (not including the deposit) can be transferred to a new order at a later date but a new deposit will be required. Cancellation By Us
We reserve the right to cancel or terminate your order should any of the following apply:
• Due to accident, illness or emergency and are legally unable to produce your item, all monies paid will be refunded.
• The final balance has not been received by the due date. Your deposit is non-refundable.
• In the case that Daydream Handmade Gift’s staff receive ANY abuse via the customer or on behalf of the ordering customer. Collection
All collections must be agreed in writing with a date and time. Upon collection of the item, you are confirming that you are satisfied with your order. The responsibility of safe transportation and handling from there-on lies with you. Daydream Handmade Gift’s accepts no responsibility for damages caused. Delivery
All delivery costs will be paid by the customer. This will be an agreed price between Daydream Handmade Gift’s and the customer via writing. Any damages incurred during transportation via courier will be replaced with the same item, or any other item of the same value. Photographs
Photos will be provided of the item before collection/delivery. At this point, the customer should state any issues or concerns they have with the design so that it can be corrected before collection/delivery. Daydream Handmade Gift’s will use photographs to promote work and orders and all items will be uploaded to social media 24 hours after collection unless it has already been discussed with the customer. Item Care
Drinkware that has a vinyl design and/or glittered, should be HANDWASHED in COLD or LUKEWARM water only. DO NOT scrub the item. DO NOT leave the item to soak in liquid. DO NOT wash in a dishwasher. Any damaged caused by this will NOT be replaced or refunded. Complaints
If you would like to make a complaint to receive a replacement/refund, please contact us and return the product(s) within 7 days of receiving your order. This will be investigated and amended if seen fit. If any damage has been caused by not following the Item Care set out above, a replacement/refund will be automatically void. Refunds
Refunds will be given via means of credit note to the value of the product/order if seen fit (see Complaints). Refunds in cash will be given if an order cannot be filled by us due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds/credit notes in the event of a price change, will be the amount at the time the order was placed. Pricing of Products
Prices are subject to change at any time. A post will be added and pinned to the top of Daydream Handmade Gift’s page 7 days prior to this and will include the date these changes will take effect. Disclaimer
