It's been a while since we posted. Last year, we had a large project that we wanted to share with you.
This project involved transforming a neglected back garden into a functional, beautiful space tailored to the client’s needs. The renovation began with the construction of a 6-foot fence around the garden, ensuring privacy for the Edinburgh property. Using high-quality Sarking Boards on the outside for stability, Peter further reinforced the fence with double-layered 50mm treated batons for durability.
To support the upper level, we built retaining block walls, which were rendered in a crisp white finish. This level also featured a custom-built pergola, creating a stylish and functional outdoor space with a porcelain patio base that ties everything together. A raised lawn was incorporated to provide a safe, secure area for children to play, giving the client peace of mind.
On the lower level, we designed a patio and steps made of matching porcelain slabs, ensuring visual cohesion across the entire garden. Finally, a utility area was carefully integrated around the side of the property, further enhancing the overall functionality of the space. The result is a seamless blend of aesthetics, durability, and practicality that perfectly matches the client’s vision.
