Dear customer,

As you will be well aware that the Covid-19 / Corona virus is a very real and present danger to everyone especially to the elderly and vulnerable.

We want to keep you and all of our customers safeat this very difficult time. To do this we will, with immediate effect, work to strict guidelines. I know that these guidelines will be uncomfortable as we are a very friendly bunch and enjoy our blethers with customers and our teas and biscuits.

These guidelines are:
* prior to our arrival, please let us know if you are self-isolating or exhibiting any symptoms of the illness.
* we require zero face to face contact with customers. Where we have your telephone number we will call you before we arrive and ask that you unlock your door and remain in a separate room. We can then get on with the work knowing that you are safe.
* before we arrive and after the job is complete we will use hand sanitiser to minimise the risk of infection. We will also wipe down all areas that we have been in contact with using an anti viral cleaner.
