👉 No experience needed – full training provided
👉 Ideal for someone reliable, hands-on, and keen to learn

🔧 The Role:
• Operating a roller on driveway and tarmac surfacing jobs
• Working as part of a friendly surfacing crew
• Helping ensure a high-quality finish on every job
• General site duties when needed

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Good work ethic and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and take instruction
• Team player
• Roller ticket helpful but not essential (training available)
• Driving licence preferred but not essential
