This returning customer of ours contacted us stressing that water was coming through the ceiling😱😱😱

Upon investigation we found that a faulty fitting had blew off causing the leak😰😰😰 once replaced we fixed the ceiling and plastered it✅✅✅ along with adding an inspection hatch for future use as per customer request✅✅✅

When also replaced two sets of radiator valves that’s had snapped along with getting all other radiators heating again✅✅✅

😱😱😱Worryfull waste work😱😱😱

Customer compact that us stressing as  they had a new kitchen fitted and renewed the waste work making all appliances bathroom and kitchen run into the One waste pipe😱😱😱  caused gargling noises when the appliances were used😰😰😰

In theBathroom we decided to run a new separate waste for the basin✅✅✅ also we decided to add an air admittance valve on the old waste for better flow and no noise👌👌👌

As always We left leaving our new customer over the moon🤝🤝🤝
