Finished project using Colliford 50 design with a 2 line border supplied by
As part of this project I have also fixed light wood effect tiles to the understairs cupboard, Utility and Cloakroom which compliments the Victorian tiles.
durabase matting used in preparation for the new tiles
Finished off using Fugabella grout number 9 which works perfectly with the slate grey tile in the pattern. I also used H40 adhesive for fixing.
The tiles have been sealed using KF
Stainstop and Lithofin Easy Care has been left for aftercare cleaning of the floor.
Another extremely pleased client!

Please get in touch if you’re thinking about Victorian tiles in your Hallway. We can arrange a meeting to discuss your project and I can arrange scale tile diagrams for the design.

A stunning new Hallway which compliments beautifully the adjacent original victorian floor. Taking colours from the original floor this classic design with a dogtooth border sits perfectly in this period Manor House.

A walk through on a Hallway recently completed. The tiles were supplied by using the popular Livingstone design.
This Hallway was onto original floorboards so these had to be overboarded to strengthen the floor and to minimise any movement prior to fixing the new victorian tiles.
It’s a question that is asked quite often, ‘Can you tile onto a suspended timber floor’ and the answer is yes but it does need to be properly prepared.

If you are looking at getting your Hallway tiled in Victorian tiles then please get in touch today to book an appointment.

Thank you to all of my clients that have taken the time to leave a review for the work I have carried out for them, it’s very much appreciated!

This job used a Classic 100 design with a 2 line border. It also incorporated a mat well with the border surrounding this.

Thank you to all of my clients that have taken the time to leave a review for the work I have carried out for them, it’s very much appreciated!

This job was an Octagon 150 dot design which worked perfectly in this Hallway! I love this photo with the stained glass door, such a beautiful property!

Sticking with the outside theme, let’s revisit this beautiful red and black combination from last year. I would say red and black is my favourite combination for outside paths.

My clients wanted their front garden transformed from bland concrete and minimal planting to this stunning new path, a small stone section for bins and an area for new planting.
All the old concrete was removed and new reinforced concrete was laid and edged with reclaimed path edging from
The new path is a classic 100 design with 2 lines supplied by

Continuing the outside theme, here is another stunning entrance from a couple of years ago. As the weather is getting warmer now is a great time to get in touch if you’re thinking about a Victorian path.
Full bullnosed yorkstones supplied by and tiles supplied by

The old path was sinking and breaking up due to the poor foundations so it was all removed and replaced with a new reinforced concrete slab. The slab was stepped so the new yorkstones could be fitted around the sides and installed at the same finished height of the tiles. This took some working out but ended up a perfect finish. Quite a transformation 😍☀️

☀️It’s that time for outside Victorian paths.☀️Next week the weather is warming up so get in touch today and make your dream a reality!
This path I did a couple of years ago in the Classic design with a 3 line border supplied by
The concreting had already been laid prior to my arrival which was organised by my client. Unfortunately it all had to be ripped up as it was only 25mm thick, no reinforcement and not enough hardcore to support the concrete.
Type 1 hardcore was laid and 100mm steel reinforced concrete was laid. Approximately 8 weeks later the tiles were fixed and this was then the best looking path in the street! (Clients words)
