Reason 5,367,282 not to trust a new build.. tiles straight on to chip board and I counted 3 screws holding them down. No priming and the tiles weren’t back buttered. I just lifted them up and scraped the old adhesive away by hand.

But toilet and pedestal removed and fresh black slate effect water resistant laminate down. 🤩

And a grout clean & refresh on this kitchen floor 🙂
