McIntyre Ground Management is looking for a skilled person to join our gardening and grounds maintenance team, based near Echt.
This position will initially be offered on a fixed term until November 2026 with the option of being retained as a full time member of staff there after.
Standard hours of 40 hours a week in summer and 37.5 in winter.
The successful candidate will work in a team maintaining a wide variety of private and commercial sites in and around Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.
Must have own transport to get to our yard in mornings, not on any public transport routes.
PA 1 & 6, driving licence & CSCS green card desirable but not essential.
Main summer duties will be;
-Mowing grass (pedestrian & ride-on)
-Strimming grass edges
- Herbicide application
-General gardening work
- General estate work (fencing repairs, property repairs)
Main winter duties will be;
-Pruning shrubs and hedges
- Leaf collection
- Gritting duties on a rota basis
