A new project right from the beginning…

We’re at the very early stages of a new development in Edenbridge - six new homes with construction only just getting underway.

For us this is the ideal point to become involved.

Being on site this early means we can look at the homes as a whole and consider how the spaces will work before the internal details are fixed. From layout and flow through to kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, flooring, finishes and joinery, we can build a considered specification around a clear design vision from the outset.

It also means we can work alongside the build rather than trying to make design decisions once everything is already in place.

There’s a lot still to come on this one but the foundations of the design are already being considered ✨

A full rethink of the family bathroom.

One of the latest rooms to be completed as we make our way through this residential project and a particularly rewarding transformation.

The bathroom was completely stripped back and the layout reworked to make better use of what was a challenging space. Working with Salacia on the sanitaryware and bespoke vanity we created a scheme that feels warm, practical and full of character.

As this is an older property we wanted the bathroom to feel as though it belonged to the house rather than feeling too new or contemporary. Traditional brassware, patterned floor tiles and painted panelling bring in that sense of character, while the softer palette keeps the room feeling calm and timeless.

Another room complete and one of our favourite transformations from this project so far ✨

A tired rental property given a fresh start and ready to go back to market ✨

This one was very much a team effort. We created the overall design direction and a detailed order schedule giving the client a clear plan to work from. They then took the reins on ordering everything while we came together on site for the final layer - sourcing and styling the finishing touches to bring it all together.

We also made recommendations for some simple but impactful kitchen and bathroom updates which the client worked hard to achieve and made such a difference to the finished result.

The aim was never to overdo it but to create a home that feels considered, inviting and easy to live in while giving a tired rental property a new lease of life.

A really rewarding project to be part of and a great example of how thoughtful changes can completely transform a property.

Last week’s install at The Bowers- styling and installing the latest plot for Hillstone Homes.

There’s always a point during a plot move when it starts to come together and you can finally see the vision taking shape. From furniture placement and styling details to the finishing touches every element is carefully considered to help buyers imagine themselves living there.

This beautiful five-bedroom home sits within the award-winning development in Rochester with incredible views across the Medway towns and thoughtfully designed spaces throughout. A pleasure to work on alongside the team.
