Lovely little infill job completed in between our hotel project.

Levelled and anti fracture matting laid for a perfect base for these Marble Hex mosaics from quorn stone.

Hand made ceramics for the wall.

We are still taking on littler jobs to fill gaps between commercial projects.

Recent mitred wet room completed, in greenbank.

600x600 porcelain supplied by Class UK Tile

Managed to colour match the resin for the mitres, these came out perfect.

We are taking booking for the summer for something similar.

Nice couple of days up in Pitlochry!

Really busy start to the new year following on from last.

Supply and fit of antifracture membrane for long lasting finish especially with underfloor heating.

Finished off with 900x600 porcelain to match the farmhouse.

Nice start to the week in Broxburn.

300x100 metros on the kitchen walls. 200x200 pattern floor in the entranceway.

All supplied by Livingston Tiles.

Job we recently completed in Merchiston.

Rip up and replaced this failed wet room so it was safe to use for the elderly customer.

All new UFH and prepped with cement board and new tanking.

Finished with Epoxy grout from BAL Mick Bull Ardex Bal, which was very easy to use.

We are getting close to be fully booked for the year, with some scattered availability in November and December.

Recent bathroom we completed in Davidson’s Mains.

Rip of existing water damaged wallboards, shower tray and flooring.

New wallboards, enclosure and shower with modern niche. Updated worktops and units for the toilet and basins. Completed with new tiled flooring.

We can cater to all budgets to update your new bathroom.

Tiles removed and extended to the ceiling in the bathroom in Kapital Bone from Topps Tiles.

Some colour added to the kitchen with the Zellica range from Topps.

We have some limited availability in November for something similar before the Christmas rush.

Supply and fit of 50m2 Strato anti fracture matting, then install of 900x900 Procelain, finished off with Mapei kerapoxy.

Week in Merchiston.

A Failed bathroom that had only been in a year.

Ripped out tray and adjust so adequate fall as previous was falling the wrong way. Re-board and tank wet areas. Cement board on the floor and silicone to finish. Prepped ready for the painter.

New shower fitted as previous leaked from day one.

Came out really nice
