Compass Construction and Building Services are progressing well on site with the construction of 20 affordable homes in the last phase of the Campbell's Farm development in Broadford, Isle of Skye.
The development has been designed by Wittets for Compass Construction under a Design & Build Contract.

Two essential new affordable homes for The Isle of Eigg Heritage Trust are now close to handover. This community-led project built adjacent to the Eigg Surgery incorporates Eigg's first heat pump as a demonstration project.

Compass Construction and Building Services have just completed the first four houses in the latest phase of the Campbell's Farm development in Broadford, Isle of Skye.
The development has been designed by Wittets for Compass Construction under a Design & Build Contract.
It is an affordable housing development with the first four units to be purchased under the New Supply Shared Equity Scheme and another eight units available to buy via the Priority Purchase Scheme, all supported by the Scottish Government.
The units are being marketed by Lochalsh & Skye Housing Association and HHA .
