☑️ Before & after pictures from the bungalow renovation we’ve been working on over in Thingwall over the last two weeks all painted up 👍🏼

🎨 The customer is wallpapering all the rooms herself and painting the kitchen once the new one is installed and just wanted us to mist coat all of the ceilings and give them a top coat. Whilst we had the mist coat mixed up we thought we’d do all of the patches and the kitchen walls to help out. x2 coats of Dulux Trade Supermatt to all of the ceilings and they have come out looking great 💪🏼

A full break down of this job is as follows:

▫️Kitchen ceiling overboarded, all walls bonded out in various places, beaded and the whole room completely reskimmed

◾️Numerous hand turned ceilings prepped and reskimmed

▫️All electrical chases bonded out and patch skimmed along with every window reveal

◾️Wall made good in living room after new French patio doors fitted

We’ll be returning to this one at some point over the next 4/6wks to complete a small job in the utility area once the plumber has been in 👍🏼

⏳ Bungalow renovation started this morning over in Thingwall 👍🏼

Plenty to be done on this one over the next couple of days, decent sized kitchen along with a load of hand turned ceiling and a load of patching. Can’t wait to see the transformation on this one💪🏼

☑️ Few after pictures from the completed job over in Broughton 👍🏼

Two bedrooms completed, one required a bit of skimming before painting the ceilings in Dulux Trade Supermatt white emulsion, with the walls painted in Valspar Premium Perfectly Pinkish matt and all the woodwork finished off in Dulux Trade High Gloss 👌🏼

☑️ Quick before & after pictures from a job started this morning over in Broughton 👍🏼

The customer is getting the house ready to put on the market and was advised by the estate agent to get this wall skimmed and a couple of rooms redecorated before they come back to take pictures of the whole property. Can’t really tell from the before pictures but it was littered with knocks and bumps , now looking fresh, flat and smooth ready for us to return next week to decorate the whole room and another bedroom 👍🏼

Having worked the last bank holiday weekend the van is now parked up and hopefully enjoy a nice few cold beers in the sun this weekend 🌞

☑️ Quick before & after picture of a small patch up job completed for a local letting agent on a rental property over in Christleton following a leak 👍🏼

Damaged plasterboard cut back to nearest joists, a fresh piece of plasterboard fitted and patched skimmed and finished with a seamless edge 👌🏼

From getting the gear out of the van to pulling of the drive this job only took us 2hrs thanks to Storm Additives Quick Set Plastering Accelerator 🙌🏼
