☑️ Before & after pictures from a bedroom completed over in Kingsley, Frodsham today 🥵

The builder had removed a section of wall ready for bespoke wardrobes to be fitted and had done a cracking job of making good the ceiling and a section of wall ready for us to come in and skim 💪🏼

Artex ceiling and most of the walls excluding the window wall and where the wardrobes are going prepped and reskimmed to a nice smooth flat finish ready for the customer to decorate at the weekend 👍🏼

The timescale was tight on this one…it had to be completed in a day regardless of the heat we’re experiencing so the room was dry, painted and ready for the wardrobes to be fitted next week. An absolute killer of a day but made a little more bearable thanks to Storm Additives Slow Paced Set retarder and their Smooth Mix Plaster Additive 🙌🏼

☑️ Before & after pictures from the HSL completed today on the project over in Altrincham 💪🏼

▫️A walls stripped of wallpaper

◾️All walls scrapped back, prepped and bonded out in areas after knocking back blown sections

▫️All walls reskimmed to a smooth flat finish ready for painting

🎨 We’ll be returning in a couple of weeks to complete the painting

☑️ Before & after pictures from a couple of bedrooms completed this week on the project over in Altrincham 💪🏼

Good amount of prep went into this one with the breakdown as follows

▫️Walls stripped of wallpaper

◾️Ceilings overboarded

▫️Walls scrapped back and bonded out in areas after knocking back blown areas

◾️Walls given a coat of stabilising solution due to distemper

▫️Ceilings skimmed, walls meshed and reskimmed to a smooth flat finish ready for painting

Just the HSL and a couple of patches in the kitchen to complete on this one now then we’ll be returning to in a couple of weeks to complete the painting 🎨

⏳ Start of a new week sees us over in Altrincham on this bedroom and HSL project 💪🏼

A lot to go at on this one today starting with stripping all the walls of wallpaper before over boarding the old dated artex and then a complete reskim throughout 👍🏼 Once the plastering is complete we’ll be back to complete the painting 🎨

☑️ Before & after pictures from the bungalow renovation we’ve been working on over in Thingwall over the last two weeks all painted up 👍🏼

🎨 The customer is wallpapering all the rooms herself and painting the kitchen once the new one is installed and just wanted us to mist coat all of the ceilings and give them a top coat. Whilst we had the mist coat mixed up we thought we’d do all of the patches and the kitchen walls to help out. x2 coats of Dulux Trade Supermatt to all of the ceilings and they have come out looking great 💪🏼

A full break down of this job is as follows:

▫️Kitchen ceiling overboarded, all walls bonded out in various places, beaded and the whole room completely reskimmed

◾️Numerous hand turned ceilings prepped and reskimmed

▫️All electrical chases bonded out and patch skimmed along with every window reveal

◾️Wall made good in living room after new French patio doors fitted

We’ll be returning to this one at some point over the next 4/6wks to complete a small job in the utility area once the plumber has been in 👍🏼

⏳ Bungalow renovation started this morning over in Thingwall 👍🏼

Plenty to be done on this one over the next couple of days, decent sized kitchen along with a load of hand turned ceiling and a load of patching. Can’t wait to see the transformation on this one💪🏼

☑️ Few after pictures from the completed job over in Broughton 👍🏼

Two bedrooms completed, one required a bit of skimming before painting the ceilings in Dulux Trade Supermatt white emulsion, with the walls painted in Valspar Premium Perfectly Pinkish matt and all the woodwork finished off in Dulux Trade High Gloss 👌🏼
