With more than 15 years of marketing experience, Leanne specialises in helping women who feel overwhelmed, inconsistent or unsure how to show up in their business. Through mentoring, coaching and training, she helps them build strong foundations, find clarity in their messaging and develop the confidence to become visible in a way that feels natural, aligned and sustainable.
For the last 13 years, Leanne has also built and led a community of more than 100,000 women, giving her a unique perspective on visibility, connection and the power of personal brand.
Rather than focusing on doing more, posting more or chasing trends, Leanne believes visibility starts with clarity.
When women understand who they are, what they want to be known for and who they are here to help, showing up becomes simpler, more sustainable and far more effective.
Alongside her marketing business, Leanne is the founder of RUN MUMMY RUN a community she launched in 2012.
For the last 13 years, she has supported and empowered women to show up, be themselves and lead healthier and happier lives through running. What began as a small local community grew into one of the UK’s largest online running communities for women, built on connection, encouragement and authenticity.
Leanne is also an ICF qualified coach and author of the internationally published Run Mummy Run book, bringing together expertise in marketing, coaching and community building to support women in both business and life.
