Full refurb of this little W.C! Taking out a very old macerating toilet and replacing with a much nicer modern toilet. Also adding some storage with the new vanity unit. The walls needed patching in and painting, as well as the floor which had to be replaced under the toilet due to an unnoticed leak; This had rotted the floor completely out, luckily the joists were unaffected.

Installation of two 120L hot water tanks. We removed this customers old LPG boiler and they are now running on 100% renewable energy. Using solar with battery storage to heat up their hot water tanks and power the electric underfloor heating. 🌱⚡️

Full bathroom refit 🛁 including the downstairs wc bathroom had suffered from from mould to the extent you could put your foot through the floor 😮‍💨. So we stripped it right back, replaced all flooring and plasterboard replaced all pipework under the floor, including the 8mm heating pipes. Love the modern black finishes in this one. One very happy customer 🙌🏽
