If you want to use your outdoor kitchen beyond August, heating isn't optional. It's part of the design.

The best setup layers heat sources. Overhead infrared heaters warm people directly, regardless of wind. A pizza oven radiates serious warmth while it cooks. A fire table keeps people gathered after the food is done.

One small wall heater won't cut it in October. A properly thought-through heating plan changes that. Suddenly the kitchen is usable right through to November and December.

We always design heating into the project from the start. It's much easier to plan it now than retrofit it later.
