Its always wonderful to see a project post handover / completion and (more importantly) its fantastic to meet our clients and listen to their delight and joy at the end result 😍 Huge credit to Amelia and Paul for their valued input, style and eye for furnishings / fixtures and fittings. MT Arch Ltd navigated the project through to completion on site (from Stage 0), securing both Planning & Building Regulations approval on the re - development and liaising with the relevant Design & Construction Teams as Principal Designer 😎🏡

MT Architecture Ltd were contacted by Adam to appraise the existing property and provide some feasibility sketches for home improvements including a single storey rear extension, Garage conversion / re – built and new entrance arrangement.

Navigating the project through both the Planning and Building Regulations processes, and once all the relevant consents were in place, MT Architecture Ltd worked with Bricks and Blox Ltd to deliver an stunning extended three bedroom home for Adam and his family in Northcroft Sandy.
