Wonder what the government would say if a hurricane hit this country

Was in traffic lights this morning turned green drove through only car driving at the middle of the roadworks I had to sit for a bit and lift cones off the road aswell as fencing
When I got to the other side a police car was sitting he was spinning his wheels and lifting his clutch towards me hitting his horn and hurling abuse what he thinks I done was jump the lights but surely a man which he's trained for these situations must think to himself I'll ask him if he jumped the lights or I'll at least see what the situation is instead of acting like a boy racer and launching his car toward me

Any where I can raise this concern as genuinely felt like a man that should not be in charge of a car in emergency situations
