Entrance hallway and bathroom renovation.
This customer didn’t want the boiler to be in the bathroom, so we moved the dividing wall to create a smaller but better functioning bathroom and a purpose built cupboard for the boiler.
This opened up the entrance hallway to give a lager floor area.
Oak doors were fitted to the bathroom, living room and kitchen.
All finished to a very high standard.

A fabulous fresh new look for this shower room.

Previously a bathroom, this has now been converted into a stylish walk in shower room.

The layout has been kept the same but the tiles have been replaced with white and blue marble effect tiles, fitted in a brick bond formation, this has been complimented by a line of glass mosaic tiles.

A grey wood effect luxury vinyl floor has been installed to match the grey grout in the tiles.

A counter top basin and a tall mono-block chrome tap have been installed on top of a marble effect counter top and a large round mirror with LED lights around the outside.

This bathroom has been given a modern yet contemporary bright new look.

The customer is over the moon with her brand new shower room.

Please take a look through the before and after pictures of the latest project completed by Barrington’s installations.

The house was bought with an existing en-suite wet room, the owners had not used it for years due to a leak in the floor tiles.
Once the tiles had been removed it was clear to see that no tanking/waterproofing had been done to prevent leaking.

The room was stripped back to a bare shell, the walls were scraped back and the shower area was tanked from floor to ceiling, a new layout was installed with new vanity units, a slate effect shower tray and a nice big shower screen.
The shower is a Mira platinum digital duel outlet shower.

Water resistant LVT flooring from Howdens was installed and the walls around the shower area were tiled with simply satin flat and zigzag tiles from Topps Tiles.

The furniture, basin, toilet, shower tray and screen were provided by Victorian pluming.

All in all, this was a very enjoyable project and I’m sure you will agree that the end result is simply beautiful

Just completed this house refurb.

Please have a read and take a look through the pictures.

Replaced the en-suite. The original shower tray was small due to the boxing for the soil pipe, the boxing was removed and made much smaller, a new stud wall was built, this allowed for a bigger tray.
New digital shower mixer was fitted allowing complete control at the touch of a button.
The ceiling and stud work was plastered by CJHPlasteting and the whole room was decorated.
Green Matt furniture with white toilet and basin installed.

The utility room was stripped out along with the cupboard doors that housed the gas and electric meters, the wall above the doors was removed and a new door liner fitted to allow for full height doors, the doors were bespoke made on site and painted to match the new kitchen units.
Howdens kitchen units and worktop were used to create a light spacious area, the ceiling in this room was also plasters by Clive from CJHPlastering, and then decorated from floor to ceiling.

New flooring was fitted in the utility, through to the entrance hall and leading to the kitchen. New skirting was also fitted and painted.

16 pre finished oak doors were installed throughout the property along with several areas of decorating.

Here we have the latest bathroom installation.
This was a complete rip out, the toilet and basin have been moved to the side allowing for an extra storage cupboard to be installed and with the work too and basin as a one piece, it looks clean and sleek.

The bath has been removed allowing for a floor level walk in shower to be installed, a shower pump had to be added as this is a gravity fed system and the water pressure was very poor.
The floor has been finished in a grey wood effect LVT.

The customer is extremely happy with the completed finish and has already asked if I can return for more work. Such great customers , thank you.
