Blank boggy new build garden on the prince of wales estate Pontefract given some well needed outdoor living space. ❤️❤️

Autumn brown 600x900 Indian sandstone paving with a titan pro joint in buff resin grout.. ❤️‍🔥

Raised Sleeper wall and inlaid step, sleeper wall has also created a pathway around the Garage to stop ingress water 💦 This was an addition the customer added to the job try and stop water getting into the garage. Path was topped off with a dove grey gravel to aid with drainage, and flat area on top had been created for a new lawn which will be completed once the land drains are installed.

Got this over the line with a rolled ankle aswell so we didn’t delay any projects moving forward into the summer months 💪🏻💪🏻

😤😤🤬What type of business/person/knobhead wa**er fu****ce feels the need to try tarnish my reputation telling a customer that we both have quoted that I don’t know what I’m doing??

I was recommended to them from a family member of theirs. The local butcher in the village where they live who I’ve done work for and 2 members of staff at 2 seperate builders merchants.. 😘😘

Old concrete removed full excavation non woven Terran mat 12 tonnes of subbase another covering of Terran Matt interlocking gravel grids and the decrotive stone

.Improving the kerb appeal of this property in Pontefract. ✅ Installing new carport with facias gutters and cladding with privacy screen bullnose panel ✅Cladding the exsisting garage to match the carport ✅ Walls built with steps to access the rear garden which we will be returning to install ✅

This driveway is built to last. 300mm dig out over 40 tonnes of hardcore installed on us1000 Terran mat.
New ressesed drain, new gulley tops and replace the sink and toilet waste from white to black to match new.

Fantastic transformation and a much brighter more modern looking drive.
