30% crown reduction carried out on this mature English Oak.

Having outgrown its surroundings, the canopy was extending over the lane and toward neighbouring buildings and overhead power lines. A carefully planned reduction was undertaken to restore safe clearances, reduce loading on extended limbs, and ensure the tree remains suitable for its location.

The result is a safer, more balanced crown while preserving the Oak’s natural shape and character.

The tree had outgrown its setting, with branches extending over the lane and into close proximity with neighbouring buildings and overhead power lines. To maintain safe clearances and reduce stress on the outer limbs, a carefully managed reduction was required.
