Looking for full time gardeners to join a busy and lively team for a small local company based in the Fleet area.

Key Skills for Required Applicants:
🌱 Previous garden maintenance experience is preferred
🌱 Good time management
🌱 Excellent communication and people skills
🌱 Attention to detail
🌱 Self motivated
🌱 Reliable

Driving preferred but not essential - but will need to arrange transport to and from the compound in Church Crookham.

Roles and Responsibilities:
🌱 Cutting grass
🌱 Strimming
🌱 Weeding
🌱 Liaising with clients
🌱 Mulching
🌱 Lifting heavy equipment and materials

This is a great role with a huge capacity to grow and learn new skills.
Offering a competitive day rate based on experience.
