Here’s a few photos from 2021 and the inception of Malt Mill Coffee & Bakery.
What started as a small dream became reality in August 2021 when we opened our doors.
All the work was completed by me and Donna.
Complete strip back to brick in the kitchen and floor dug out, insulated and tiled. Walls insulated and plastered.
New kitchen fitted.
New stud walls, shaker style panelling and Victorian style floor tiles laid in the coffee shop.
Shop frontage renovated and panelled and new slate patio area laid.
Anyway it’s all looking just as good over 4 years later - and it’s had a lot of footfall!
So I’ve done pretty much most tasks you could ask for - other than specialist electrical, plumbing etc 😊

Normanton Home & Garden maintenance are here to help 😊
Husband & Wife team Paul and Donna have decades of experience renovating their homes.
The past 11 years has been spent renovating a Victorian lodge house. Stripped back to bare walls (including digging out the floors) and painstakingly rebuilding to not only keep its wonderful character, but to suit modern standards.
See some of the challenging projects we completed in our photos.
We’ve plastered,tiled,plumbed,landscaped - you name it we have done it!
Donna has a particular skill in interior design, colour schemes and decorating.
We enjoy what we do so give us a call if you need a little help 🙏
