This job was a simple pipe repair on the cold mains feeding the bathroom, the existing pipe work was punctured with a screw on a floorboard repair. This is how we overcome the issue.

Blocked shower? After some investigating we found that the existing waste ran from the shower was level and at some point even running uphill therefore not allowing for the waste water to flow correctly, we overcome this by lifting the floorboards in the bathroom, running a new bit of waste pipe and cutting into the stack via a waste boss adaptor.

Some more before and afters, this client reported that her toilet was leaking, wouldn’t flush properly and was constantly running, after some investigating we found that the ball valve was constantly filling, the diaphragm on the siphon had split and the flush cone had moulded out of shape. To fix these issues we simply rebuilt the cistern by replacing the inners and fitted a new flush cone.

This radiator install started from our client curious about her room not heating up sufficiently. After a heat loss calc we found the room was losing heat. After a conversation with the client, we decided to fit another radiator instead of upsizing the original. Here’s the result.
