As designers, we know that finding the one – a home with real potential – is just as exciting as moving in. When our clients recently secured their forever property, we immediately mapped out a strategy that puts phased design and works front and centre.
Why phase it? Simple: it gives you total control over your budget, lets you spread costs strategically, and means you can live in and enjoy parts of your home while we bring the rest to life.
Our plan starts with essential upgrades to make the space safe and comfortable to inhabit from day one. Next phase will deliver their dream open-plan kitchen extension, with the upstairs renovation scheduled when the time (and budget) is right. Each stage is designed to flow seamlessly into the next, so there’s no need for costly reworks down the line.
