Collapsed drain cover in this recycling yard. New heavy duty one welded using 80mm x 40mm x 6mm angle. Drain dug out and cleared and new grate installed into existing framework.

Customer had issues with rainwater drainage and subsidence causing damage to septic tank brickwork. Also septic tank not working as it should.

Digging new drain in, a soak away chamber for the septic was found after being hidden unknown for 20 years.
Two vent pipes for septic found to be crudely cut when path was installed. Hidden underground under plywood, not allowing the waste pipes to breathe and creating a vacuum effect.

These now vented to surface. Hidden tank raised out the ground on new brickwork. All pipes rodded. Ground reinstated.

Garden wall tidy up for this customer. Remaining render chipped off. Wall SBR coated. Krend HP12 basecoat with fibremesh. Copes painted. Finished in sikawall beige topcoat with a buff quartz chip to match the house.

K-rend acrylic texture 1.5mm finish on this extension. HP-12 basecoat polished flat with fibremesh embedded. Rowebb supplying materials.

Something completely different with this job. Empty a property that was busted by the police, that had a 5 room cannabis grow. Estimated to be over 1000 plants grown over 12 months. Another happy customer
