First of few lawyers offices being decorated for Stirling & Gilmour Alexandria branch.
All new woodwork had to be sanded,filled and primed, before finish coats of scuff x Chantilly lace applied.
Walls were stripped of old paper then skimmed, sanded to a smooth surface before being lined with wallrock fiber lining paper and Finished in farrow and ball vinyl matt ,colour - Middle ground

Before and after video of Helensburgh job completed this week. Walls were stripped of old paper, skimmed and sanded to a smooth surface before being lined in wallrock fiberliner paper and finished in little green woad vinyl matt . All MDF window surrounds, bookcase and original old dark woodwork were sanded filled then painted with stain blocking primers before being finished in little green first light satin paint. Ceiling and Cornise were painted in first light ,matt finish emulsion.

Large grade B listed building in Helensburgh, All original iron work , gutters, downpipes etc prepped before being painted in original colour with Insides of gutters painted black in a weather proof coating .Eves,soffits and wooden feature strappings were sanded, prepped and painted also in keeping with original colour. All areas of roughcast painted white.

Living room, stripped, skimmed/prepped and lined in wallrock fiberliner oaper before being painted in a vinyl matt finish. All woodwork was painted in Benjamin Moore scuff x paint with Ceiling done in brilliant white flat Matt emulsion

Living room area skimmed /sanded/ before all walls were lined in wallrock fiberliner paper and painted in vinyl matt.Woodwork sanded/prepped and painted in Benjamin Moore scuff x paint . Would love to say I done it but Customer added the panelling after job was done .

Living room/hallway where customer stripped old wallpaper to find walls were in poor condition and unpaintable. All Walls were dustless sanded, skimmed and lined, before being painted leaving a plastered if not better finish. Pictures were taken when paint was still drying.
