Dividing lip kangooed off ✅️
All hipolmer basecoated and fully scrimmed ✅️
New gutters new roofline (black) ⚫️ ✅️
All new beads (rustproof)😉✅️
Topcoated white with Artic chip ✅️
Base and ingoes rendered ✅️
New vents ✅️
All pipes/ plinth painted ✅️
All rubbished removed ✅️

Alot work goes into these jobs with it being painted it's a must to use hipolmer basecoat and full fibreglass scrim them but knowing we do every job correctly it's worth time it takes

Dodgy chimney lowered and capped✅️
Concrete boarded under front window✅️
All rendered ingoes white ✅️
Top coated white with Artic white chip ✅️
All window cills and handrail painted black ✅️
Roof painted black ✅️
Never again will I paint roof way brush 🤦‍♂️😭🤣🤣
All new white down pipes ✅️
All rubbish removed and skipped ✅️
Powerwashed clean each night ✅️
Deep cleaned at end of job 🧽🙌✅️

Alot work has went into this job but just look at that wot a transformation this house has had and will last test time

All ground protected (brand new monoblock)🤦‍♂️😭✅️
Scaffolding built ✅️
All windows and doors protected (brand new)😉✅️
All pvc guttering and roofline removed and replaced ✅️
All side pvc removed completely and blocked out to existing roughcast ✅️
All wood concrete boarded ✅️
All hipolmer basecoated and fibreglass meshed (krend hp12) ✅️
All new cb10 cornerbeaded pvc white ✅️
All bellcasted beads pvc white ✅️
Rendered white base ✅️
Wall /steps at back coping added ✅️
Topcoated white(ocd rowebb) with Artic white chip ✅️
All window cills painted white (sandtex)😉✅️
All new down pipes ✅️
All existing gas pipes and box painted black✅️
All rubbished skipped 🧹
And deep cleaned and powerwashed ✅️🎊🎊
