Tidy bit of laminate flooring put down yesterday.
Threshold lifted and resat, all the kickboards trimmed (straight, they were all over the place)
All sealed in, no trim as fridge and washing machine wouldn’t fit back in!

Love a challenge and working out tricky jobs to make sure everyone’s happy..
1 fence, 2 gardens.. one terraced, one on a wonk.
1 side green, 1 side brown. And zero tolerance on one side due to a pond and planters. It was a squeeze but it’s been done! Well happy with this one 😁 I’ve even put in a nook for the birds to feed in.

Nice outsidey one today.
A couple of canopies to cover the path, customer supplied the polycarbonate, I made up the frames and fixed it all up.
Then a custom made gate for quite a wide gap with an offset post, just a light one to keep the dogs in!
And finally installed the name sign for the house.
Another happy customer 😄

No pics on this one but I had to put it out there.. some people really take the p**s and it’s why you should get a couple of quotes. I’m not saying it’s always best to go with the cheapest however, more is not necessarily better.
I was asked to quote a kitchen, refresh, same colour, 1 wall sage green and white for the rest. No glossing just walls.. bit of prep but nothing major. Yep sure 2 days, £300. Only to be told a previous decorator (chancer) had quoted £950 and would take 5 days to do it and wanted 2 days to sheet off/cover furniture. I can’t even see how 😳
Suffice to say I’ve one happy customer who saved so much I was asked to paint another room aswell.
I don’t hang about and you get the absolute best proper job for your money, that’s what years of experience and proper training give you.

Customer had a previous repair on his summer house but was still leaking. Couldn’t strip off the cladding without removing windows and roof!
Opted to line with DPM, clad over, seal with CT1 and put new strips over the joints. It’s definitely not leaking now! 👌

Happy with that! Another one wrapped up for a happy customer! Hallway and downstairs loo.
All walls and woodwork in white. Crown extreme scrubbable for the walls and satin woodwork. Everything sanded back and filled, primed. Knotted the woodwork as was bleeding through the gloss. Rehang the towel and loo roll holder and fixed the radiator cover to the wall after a previous accident involving children and glass 😬

A small raised patio extension and a general tidy up. Removed a couple of old raised beds and bamboo. Lined and regravelled where needed. Levelled the path off and capped the patio edge.
