Nice clean finish! 🏠

After installing a new roof (recycling roof tiles) on the conservatory and renewing the pipework, we transformed the rear of the property with a beautiful new K-Rend finish.

The result is a fresh, clean look that not only enhances the appearance of the home but also provides a durable, weather-resistant finish for years to come.

✨ Clean lines, lasting protection, and a fantastic final result.

And most importantly a very happy customer 🩶

Another project started…….. 🧱

What a first 24 hours!

The room has been completely cleared out, old windows carefully removed, and the existing roof stripped back and fully replaced; all in less than a day.

This kind of progress doesn’t happen without serious planning, teamwork, and effort.

Every step has been carried out with precision to keep things moving safely and efficiently.

Huge thanks to J Parry and Sons General Builders Ltd for the hard work and commitment to getting us off to such a strong start.

Plenty more to come as we move into the next phase — watch this space 💪

Fortunately the rain hasn’t stopped play over the last few weeks! ☔️ (mainly because we’ve been inside!)

Here’s a nice local project we’ve been working on; with Gibbons and Winzar Developments Ltd a loft conversion creating some valuable extra space in the home. 🏡

Loft conversions are a great way to make the most of the space you already have, whether it’s for an extra bedroom, home office, or just a bit more room for the family.

A piece of history restored 📜⌛🏛️🏺

Bringing the old back to life while preserving the character, appearance, and original aesthetics of this listed wall at the Wi******er Fire Station.

This project was all about preparation, patience, and time 🕰️

Finished with a traditional sand and cement, featuring intricate hand-formed details throughout.

A true privilege for us to complete this restoration for JRC Facilities at such a historic landmark.
