A arris rail fence built alongside a driveway in Maidstone, this was built with custom size bays so each fence "panel" is the same size for a seamless look and improved curb appeal. This particular property is located on a hill and by using arris rail fencing and attaching each feather edge board individually we can follow the downhill line of the drive so everything matches. Concrete posts and gravel boards for long life and structural strength. All timber used is treated with Tanalith E for a 15 year anti rot guarantee.

Back at it again this week, professionally cleaned, black spot and moss removed and patio grout has been re-pointed.
This patio was the worst case of black spot we've seen, the first photo of the jointing was actually after pressure washing and 1 chemical treatment! This took a day of targeted chemical treatments for the black spots but eventually we've left the customer with a like new patio 👍

Here's a total restoration on an Indian sandstone patio in Maidstone! This was a lengthy process of softwashing with 2 powerful chemicals one to target the black spots and the other to target the algae, as well as using our commercial grade pressure washer to really get that original look back.
We then further improved the patio by sealing it a few days later with a high quality "wet look" patio sealant, which as you can see really brings out the colour in the stone once dry without being too over the top with the shine like what can happen straight after rain. We also treated the steps with a pre emergeant and a post emergeant weedkiller to ensure the weeds are gone for good 👍

A new gate was installed for one of our regular customers today, the gate was also pre-painted by us prior to installation to match the rest of the clients garden once it was built. The posts have been left in their original light brown tint as it made a beautiful contrast against the darker brown painted gate. Customer is very happy.

We always advise against using timber posts and to opt for concrete but sometimes like when installing a gate this isn't always possible, so when we do need to use timber posts we always ensure our posts are UC4 treated (wood treatment rated for groundwater contact) and we also paint the 2ft that goes in the ground with Roofing sealant paint (commonly used for felt roofing), to ensure maximum rot resistance. We can confidently say this gate will last at least 10 years 💪

Our first arris rail fence of the year built for a customer in Chatham😀
This was a custom size fence to replace a storm damaged full timber fence, where every panel and gravel board has been designed so each panel is the same size, rather than using the usual industry standard size panels, to avoid having a noticeably smaller panel at the end of the fence which is often the case with most gardens. We used a combination of full concrete infrastructure, concreted 2ft into the ground and pressure treated timber to ensure this fence will easily last up to 10 years. As you can see from the video this fence is tough as nails, and our fences are always built as straight as a ruler!
