Underpinned, renovated, extended and fitted with high spec renewable energy apparatus (in place of the oil fired system, to provide space and water heating for both the outbuilding and the main Listed dwelling).
A year in the design and planning of this Grade II Curtilage Listed building and 28 weeks to build. A special thank you to Martin and Maggie for instructing us to take on this challenge.

Following our successful design and completion of their large outbuilding for ancillary use in 2011, our client asked if they could join their cottage and outbuilding with a 12m long Oak framed walkway. Our design for the walkway extended parallel from the cottage. We subsequently gained Planning Permission for the existing cottage and outbuilding to be used as a single dwelling. CGI's and final build pictures attached.
