Steve’s final bathroom project which he designed and was sadly in the middle of, has been completed today, (after delays from suppliers) by his talented Cousin Craig Smith - thank you so much Craig you know how much we value your help! Thanks also to Paul Cardy, Apprentice Cole Evison and the very patient Customer. I was also shocked to receive photos of our latest clients fresh out of their thermostatically controlled shower . Just perfect to warm up again when you have just been running through muddy fields and ditches, .😋

All work carried out by qualified Tradesmen.
Designed to suit new bedroom layout. Built from scratch Including new studwork ,plastering, hot and cold services, heating , soil / waste pipework and most importantly cosy heated floor tiles.

I am a Gas Safe registered engineer with over 35 years experience based in Scartho and offer a fully insured service.

Already this year we have had to condemn two badly installed boilers (not even old) which were leaking carbon monoxide inside the house, potentially fatal to the householder.

With Gas appliances/boilers it is always better to be safe than sorry. Annual servicing is essential.

Latest completed bathroom project. Individually designed with CAD drawing to fetch the design to life. The brief was to provide two showers, to enable this we moved the entrance door and remodelled the bedroom to maximise the space in both areas. Stunning result which we are all delighted with.
