I thought I was just stressed, going round in circles with work and life… but it was actually my hormones.
So many women I coach, or speak to say the same thing...
“I just don’t feel like myself anymore.”
They’re exhausted but can’t sleep, gaining weight despite doing “everything right”. They have more anxiety than ever, or have ever have, they feel low, or overwhelmed - and they blame stress. Or age. Or themselves.
But often… it’s perimenopause.
And the most frustrating part?
No one joined the dots for them.
