Lovely little conservatory/dog area strip out, 20 year old kitchen units binned, horrific bit of drain work by a shady builder redressed (they hid it from the customer by installing units fast so it wasn’t seen!) repaint, new woodpecker LVT flooring and complete new kitchen units binned install completed for another happy customer

Complete all be it a quick re vamp on a 1 bedroom flat in Norwich city centre, new boiler and rads including complete re pipe, total bathroom rip out and renew, removed the old 120kg cast iron bath, total re pipe, all new fixtures and fittings, total repaint of the whole place

This started life as a very basic 10’ x 8’ garden shed, my customer wanted a cosy, quiet place to chill and reflect.
This is fully insulated, double skin roof with corten steel outer, reclaimed old oak windows that are now double glazed, completely lined with reclaimed scaffold boards, mini kitchen with fridge, single gas hob, 12v tap and ceramic sink, all the floating shelves are integral to the wall construction, proper double bed with storage, heating, TV
All done at a fraction of the price of a ‘shepherds hut’
