🔨 Subcontractor Required – Multi-Skilled Maintenance & Landscaping

B.A.R Property & Landscapes

We are looking to take on a reliable, semi-experienced subcontractor on a day-rate and/or price-work basis, depending on job type and location.

🧰 Scope of Work

General property maintenance across domestic and commercial sites, including:
• General building maintenance
• Basic plumbing
• Basic electrical works (non-certifiable)
• Carpentry
• Landscaping & fencing

🚐 Requirements (Essential)
• Own van and full set of tools
• Proven experience in the above works
• Ability to work independently and as part of a 2-man team when required
• High standard of workmanship and professionalism on site

📸 Proof of Work

Applicants must provide:
• Photos of previous work
• References from recent clients or contractors

🛡️ Certifications & Insurance
• Public Liability Insurance – minimum £1 million
• Asbestos Awareness Certificate
• Manual Handling Certificate
• Working at Height Certificate
• Full PPE required at all times

💷 Pay
• Day rate or price work, agreed in advance
• Rates depend on experience, job scope, and location
• Consistent work available for the right person

📍 Locations
• Local work and London
• Travel required depending on job
