A nice freshen up ! Window sills brought back to white .Gives a sharper finish .

Quite a few issues with rotted wood to sash windows . And loose paint to lower masonry. Rotted areas to wood were replaced and filled . All woodwork painted with 3 coats of Zinseer satin all coat .

Bedroom with some crazying to walls . All walls repaired and painted in little green paint Matt finish . Woodwork painted in satin acrylic finish . Fire place re blacked .

Feature wall stripped and paper lined . Refreshed with meadow green emulsion and sharpened off , with satin white woodwork .

Customer wanted anthracite woodwork . Was a bit dubious at first. But works well with the old white walls .

Rental refurb . Serious issues with cracks to lounge external wall . All repaired and painted in a hard wearing vinyl Matt .Kitchen cleaned throughly repainted in an appropriate kitchen paint to with stand grease .Lower cupboards filled and repaired. And repainted to match upper cupboards.

Bathroom refresh…. Customer wanted a new colour change from the green . To a blue/green . With contrast feature wall .Ceiling and walls painted in a hardwearing vinyl matt .More suited for high steam areas .
