Following on from a new bathroom installation project, our customers asked us to turn their downstairs shower room / toilet into a more usable cloakroom with storage space.

Prep work included a full rip out, electrics for new LED down lighting, plumbing and heating works for new layout, floor levelling and plastering.

We then installed a tongue & groove half height stud wall to house the wall hung vanity unit / basin and the comfort height rimless flush toilet with a concealed cistern.
Fully fitted storage cabinet, finished in matt Reed Green and has twin hanging rails for plenty coat storage.
The modern designer radiator fits in nicely and not only heats the room but also provides hanging for hand towels.
Timeless Oak LVT flooring was then fitted to match and line through from the existing hallway flooring.
Joinery work including new windowsill, skirting and architraves.
Painting of the ceiling, walls and woodwork.

The finished result is a bright modern downstairs cloakroom, which the customer (as are we) are over the moon with.

Customer recommendation work is one of the nicest feelings when you’re running a small independent business.
This is our 3rd kitchen diner project we have recently completed within a few houses of each other on the same street in Knaresborough.

This was a large project that included a new kitchen diner, boot room and utility room.
We bricked up the rear kitchen door to create more worktop space / large peninsula and the new aluminium French doors with integrated blinds became the new rear access.
The boot room then had a window dropped to create a second rear entrance for when our customers came home from muddy walks with their dogs.
A new insulated wall / doorway between the old utility room and integral garage transformed the space into a this great utility area with lots of extra storage.

All of the cabinets throughout are from the Harvard range with a modern Shaker design and finished in Matt Alby blue and Pebble.
These where all topped off in Dekton ‘Marina’ worktops with hob wall splash back and up stands.
Wanting for nothing, the spec on this kitchen included:
Neff slide & hide oven.
Combination oven & microwave.
5 zone induction hob & extraction.
Quooker boiling water tap.
Integrated dishwasher, fridge, freezer & waste bin.
Larder cupboard drawer storage.
Lemans pull out corner storage.

Other works included:
Electrics, plumbing & heating.
Plastering, joinery & decorating.
LVT flooring throughout.

Lots of hard work on this one but all worth it, as we have another very happy customer.

PLUS….we now have our 4th project booked in next door but one in October !

With a busy sporting family life, a nice refreshing hot shower is a must for our returning customers in Harrogate.
It has been an absolute pleasure working with them again to help bring their dream bathroom to life.

It was out with the old bathroom and then lots of preparation works to accommodate everything on the wish list.

And what a transformation !

A beautiful spacious modern bathroom, attentively designed to meet the whole family’s needs.

The specification includes:

• A large 1600x900 walk in shower area with a modern low level tray, monsoon shower head, hand held shower, wall niche and ceiling mounted extraction.
• HIB Vanquish 800mm recessed mirrored cabinet with LED lighting, heated anti mist mirrors, 2 pin charging sockets and an additional toothbrush charging point.
• Wall hung basin with 2 drawer vanity unit.
• Comfort height back to wall toilet with concealed cistern, rimless flush technology, dual flush plate and soft close seat.
• Dual fuel towel radiator.
• Electric underfloor heating with wi-fi control.
• Porcelain wall tiles and LVT flooring.

An en-suite bathroom just completed for a much valued returning customer in Wetherby.
Utilising every inch of space we manage to tick every thing off their wish list including :
• Space saving full length bath
• Basin with vanity storage unit
• Basin hand towel ring
• Mirrored storage cabinet
• Toilet with soft close seat
• Toilet roll holder
• Heated towel radiator

The tiles are Fiume Avorio porcelain with a limestone grout and complimented with tile effect LVT flooring.

Other works included full rip out with licensed waste disposal, plumbing & heating works, plastering and decorating for the complete turn key project.

It’s always nice to see the fruition of a few months hard work on our own home pay off.A big day…..and even bigger smile...

It’s that time of year to put the tools away and have some well earned family time and relaxation.

It has been a very busy year and we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers, past & present, for entrusting us with your projects.

We’ve also being squeezing in some time to work on my own extension project. It’s all coming together nicely now and we’re excited to get it all finished.
Had a lot of people asking how it’s going….so here are a few pictures of the progress.

It’s been an absolute pleasure to carry out a returning customers kitchen / utility / wc project for them in New Park.

With careful planning we utilised every inch of space to create this beautiful new kitchen, ensuring every box was ticked on our customers wish list.

The cabinets are from the ‘Ashbourne’ range supplied by Howarth Harrogate, finished in Sage Green and topped with 30mm Arabesque Quartz worktops.

Full specification on this kitchen includes :
Two Neff slide & hide ovens.
Neff induction hob & extractor.
Integrated fridge freezer.
Integrated dishwasher.
Wine cooler.
Le Mans pull out corner shelving.
Stainless steel under mount sink.
LED under cupboard lighting.
Herringbone LVT Timeless Oak flooring.
Holdenby oak doors.

We then carried on through into the utility area with new worktops and new toilet & vanity basin in the wc.
