Getting paint to stick to kitchen and bathroom cabinets without chipping off,is more tha just splashing a lot of paint on.
Wipe down with methylated spirit,
Light sand.
Wipe down again with meths.
1 coat adhesion primer , Caparol Haftprimer
Two coats Little Green intelligent eggshell .
