The existing structure had reached the end of its life, so everything was stripped back, removed and replaced with a brand-new treated timber framework, new decking and a new gate.

A recent front garden wall restoration completed in Hastings.

Roof repair carried out after water ingress around the redundant chimney pot.

Once the tiles were carefully removed, we found rotted battens, damaged underfelt which was allowing water to pe*****te into the Loft and Bedroom.

The area was stripped back and repaired properly by Removing Old Chimney Pot and capping off inside the roof.
We then Replaced damaged battens, Installed new breathable membrane, Re-tiled And Repointed Verge making the area fully weatherproof again

A proper repair now prevents bigger structural problems and costly damage later on.

If you’ve noticed damp patches, leaks, or loose tiles around your chimney, it’s always best to get it checked sooner rather than later.
