The Perennial Gardens and Cafe is back open as of today.
I had a big smile on my face whilst handing over the first salad of the season.
You can now, once again, purchase my salad bags in the shop.
And it's perfect timing as I can show off my mammoth rocket, which has evidently enjoyed the March sunshine.

Red veined sorrel micro leaf is a favourite.
It has a slight lemon flavour, and at this size, non of the bitterness which mature sorrel has.
Plus it is beautiful!
I sell micro leaf live and growing so that it can be cut and used as and when it is needed, for ultimate freshness.
