🚨𝐏𝐔𝐑𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐒𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐃𝐆𝐄𝐑 𝐀𝐃𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑🚨
Newton & Frost Fencing (NFF) Ltd requires a part time Purchase Ledger Administrator to manage invoice inputting.

We are looking for accounting or bookkeeping experience, a dedicated and reliable person who is organised and accurate with excellent attention to detail. A calm and logical disposition is required.

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:

● Overall responsibility for dealing with incoming emails.
● Reconciling purchase orders and delivery notes
● Coding and inputting invoices using Sage Construct and Sage 200.
● Collating information for the credit card, coding and inputting from the monthly statement.
● Filing

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

● A knowledge of accounting procedures and understanding nominal coding
● A knowledge of Sage Construct and Sage 200 is preferable
● A self-motivated and methodical individual who is able to meet deadlines
● Adaptability and acceptance of other tasks which may be assigned by the Finance Manager

𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: 15 hours per week required which can coincide with school hours.

Hourly rate would be dependent upon experience.

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐮𝐬: Newton & Frost Fencing Ltd (NFF Ltd) has been established since 1979, installing safety and acoustic fencing, manufacturing and installing timber buildings, and retailing to the fencing trade. It is family run with a happy and dedicated team in rural Horam, near Heathfield. (Own transport is essential).

🎉 NEW PROJECT ALERT! 🎉

Newton & Frost Fencing Ltd are happy to announce we will be working alongside Jackson Civil Engineering on the A284 Lyminster Bypass Scheme, with our works commencing at the end of July. 🛣️🚘

• The bypass will link to the existing A284 from a point approximately 600m south of the A27 at Crossbush and join the privately developed section of the same proposed bypass at Toddington Nurseries.

• The proposed bypass will be a 7.3m wide single dual carriageway with verge on one side and a shared footway/cycleway facility on the other.

• The footway/cycleway will connect to existing and proposed facilities along the southern half of the bypass and A259.

• The existing public bridleway will be maintained with a Pegasus Crossing, provided to ensure the safety of equestrians, cyclists and pedestrians.

• A new viaduct will be constructed over Black Ditch and its associated flood plain to ensure that there is no increase in flood risk. The existing culvert will be extended at Brookfield Stream.

Locally, the bypass will alleviate traffic congestion through Wick and Lyminster. This will improve safety and the reliability of journey times as well as decreasing pollution levels through the village. More strategically, the bypass is linked to the provision of 1,260 new homes and 700 new jobs.

With the improved cyclist and pedestrian facilities, it is hoped that more people will be encouraged to undertake local trips on foot or by bike.
