Chuffed with Saturdays effort at Llanthony valley and district. hedging match. Many thanks to the organisers for a fantastic day. Amazing to be able to revisit the same hedge that I competed at my first match 25 years earlier and watch my son compete on the same plot.

A soggy gate delivery up the mountain today, a bespoke cleft chesnut gate made to suit the slope of the ground, the finishing touch on a cleft chestnut fence completed earlier in the year.
