We gave this dining room a new lease of life removing the old fire place, bricking up the opening and replacing the boxing in for the pipe work. Building parts of the walls out with bonding before they had 2 fresh coats of plaster and a good few coats of paint

Managed to replace the ceiling and save the coving and wall paper
