Avenue Road Herne Bay

We were asked to restore this Victorian boundary wall back to its former glory after it was nearly completely demolished in a car accident.
The wall is in a conservation area so it was vital that every care was taken to restore it back to its original condition, reusing as many of the original bricks as possible, sourcing reclaimed imperial bricks and using a natural lime mortar.
Given the age, and the wear and tear of the original section still in tact, the whole wall was cleaned with an acid wash solution and we did our best to restore the wall as close to its original condition as possible.
