Using passion and expertise Fairweather’s have created a unique Plant and Garden Centre in the heart of Beaulieu, a peaceful, picturesque village in the heart of the New Forest National Park, Hampshire. Fairweather’s historic buildings offer a fascinating and relaxed atmosphere for garden shop

ping whilst our well informed and considerate team provide both inspiration and advice. We pride ourselves on the wide range of plants that we provide, backed up by expert advice and a five year guarantee on all hardy plants sold. We have particular expertise in Lavender, Heuchera and Agapanthus which along with many of our plants have been grown by us in Beaulieu. Patrick’s Patch is an inspiring, educational and productive garden that we have built adjacent to the Garden Centre in Beaulieu High Street- and it’s free to enter! Year round we grow a wide range of vegetables, fruit, herbs and cut flowers that are used in our cafe - Steff's Kitchen. Courses and tours are held regularly. Steff's Kitchen offers home cooked food and a warm welcome. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a light lunch- it’s a great place to relax and soak up the atmosphere of Beaulieu Village. We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Server to join the team at Steff’s Kitchen in Beaulieu.

This is a part-time role working 25 hours per week across 4 days, including weekends.

If you enjoy working with people, take pride in excellent customer service and love being part of a busy team, we’d love to hear from you. Barista experience would be an advantage, but full training will be given for the right person.

Rate of pay dependant on age and discussed at interview.

We have a new indoor cactus range, perfect for this warm weather🌵

Built for bright spots and happy in the heat, cacti actually love warm sunny rooms and cope far better than most houseplants during hot weather.

A few simple care tips:

• Place in bright light or full sun
• Let compost dry fully between watering
• Water less often during cooler months
• Avoid leaving them sitting in water

Perfect for sunny windowsills, conservatories and warm rooms that other plants struggle with.
