This is what happens when no mist coat is applied to fresh plaster. Plus it was painted with silk straight onto plaster which is even worse. This was a bathroom fitter not taking the correct steps so he could get done and paid as quick as possible. Always check other “multi” tradesmen like this one are still doing things correctly
