If you are thinking of extending your home, or adding a loft conversion, I would be very happy to provide assistance with design for submission to Planning and Building Control. Have had a 100% success rate over the past 6 months for planning permission (even though one was at appeal!).
I will look after the survey, drafting of CAD drawings (existing and proposed plans and elevations, sections and specification), structural design/calculations, party wall notices, Thames Water build over licenses etc!
